FIRST YOUNG AERNA DAY

Call for papers

 

The Spanish Portuguese Association of Natural and Environmental Resource Economics (AERNA) organizes the First Young AERNA Day on May 29th, 2023, hosted by the Department of Economic Analysis at Autonomous University of Madrid. The objective is to bring together PhD students and young scholars to present ongoing projects and exchange ideas in any area of environmental and resource economics. Each presentation will be followed by discussion by a senior scholar. The meeting includes a keynote lecture by Prof.  Johan Eyckmans (KU Leuven). 
If you are a PhD student or young scholar working on environmental and resource economics (3 years of completion of PhD studies or less) and want to present your work at this event, please send your paper to Fernando Peinado ([email protected]) no later than March 30th, 2023. Notifications of acceptance will be sent by email on April 15th, 2023.   
There is a non-refundable fee of EUR 50 which covers coffee breaks, a lunch and an informal dinner, as well as full access to all activities of the meeting. Registration for the meeting should be completed no later than May 1st, 2023. Participants should cover their own travel expenses.
